Shipping & Delivery

1. While The Original Folding Wagon strives to maintain a 5-7 business day average delivery time, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average delivery time. Orders ship within two business days after payment for order has been received. Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday excluding federal holidays.

2. The Original Folding Wagon will ship to any physical address in the lower 48 United States for a flat fee of $30.00. For all orders outside the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. The Original Folding Wagon will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. The Original Folding Wagon will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your orders. The shipping carriers most commonly used are: FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS).

4. Please open your package immediately upon receiving it and inspect it carefully for damage. Damage claims which occurred during shipping must be reported to the carrier immediately.


1. Refunds and exchanges are permitted for products returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Claims must be made within 48 hours after delivery.

2. If you would like to return your product for a refund or exchange please contact The Original Folding Wagon for an RMA number and instructions on how to ship the product back for evaluation. Customer covers all shipping costs.

3. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Exchanges will be shipped within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

4. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted for products that have been used or original packaging and/or accessories are missing.
